Shared Data

Overview​

You can choose which doors you wish to view from which team members using shared data.

  • If you are an administrator, you will see all of the team members here and will be able to select which doors you want to see.
  • To see a user's doors if you are not an admin, the admins must modify your permissions.
  • If the team is open, you will see all of the team members here and can select which doors to view.

How to use Shared Data​

Click on shared data under settings.

You will see a list of all the team members you can contact. Check the boxes to see which doors you want to see.
